For the more energetic, our Gymnasium overlooking the pool contains the very latest state of the art equipment and is staffed by experts who are available to offer advice.

By becoming a Member of             Tre-Ysgawen Spa you can enjoy   our Spa & Sports facilities:

  Platinum - (unlimited access)
  Gold - Mon - Fri 09.00 - 16.00
  plus Countrywide Membership This can be single or joint, annual or for 3 months - Fees can be paid over 10 monthly instalments - please enquire!

Relax and unwind in the Spa for the day

Day Membership includes full use of the swimming pool, steam room and sauna, whirlpool spa bath and gymnasium

Towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided for use during your visit
