The culinary concept came about when the team working together at Tre-Ysgawen Hall decided they wanted to share the same vision of creating a unique and never to be forgotten dining experience.
Superb cuisine offering stimulating and ever changing Menus are the order of the day. The accent is firmly on seasonal, local and regional produce.
An accompaniment to the style and ambience is an eclectic collection of fine traditional and new world wines, all served in an elegant dining room with efficient, unobtrusive but ever attentive service.
